Our Scandinavian Society member, Ann Shaftel, was recently featured in the Herald.  Read the article here.  Ann works all over the world.  

A few weeks ago, for example, Ann worked in Stockholm where she worked the Sven Hedin project -  a rare collection of thangkas, or Tibetan scroll paintings, collected by the Swedish explorer along the Silk Road trade route.

We hope to hear more from Ann in the near future.
